Chakra System Lesson will be led by Jerilyn Swindle of My Wholistic Coach
- What are Chakras and how do they relate to our bodies and daily lives
- Herbs, foods, aromatherapy, color and movement for vibrant Chakras
- Signs of blocked Chakras and how to open them.
Jerilyn Swindle is a Holistic Coach and Teacher with over 13 years experience in natural foods, healing nutrition, herbs, body work and energy work. She completed the Holistic Herbal Studies program from the North Carolina School of Natural Healing in Asheville, NC where she did her term paper on Holistic Care for the Chakra System.
